"Look closely at the fluroescent tube Nancy!"
I hardly doubt that kids will, even though it's expertly animated, be patient enough to sit through a 30 minute film about light bulbs. Nancy, spolied rich kid, is harranged by her black maid about putting a light bulb in. "Your ahhs (I thought she said 'ass', but it's 'eyes') are all that you got!" Then out pops Professor Lightly (GET IT?) who professes to Nancy what wonders light bulbs do. Something like this would help Nancy in the long run, because Nancy appears to be a dim-bulb herself. Her acting brings to mind Edith Massey in Pink Flamingos. Wildy exaggerating gestures and bad line readings. But I have to give props to the animation though, which is great here. But once again, 30 minutes for a kids film, and about LIGHT bulbs is truly pushing it.
